Use of the service

Askimia is a learning and exam-preparation service. It helps students study, but it does not replace teachers, schools, official exams, or administrative decisions.

Users must use Askimia fairly and must not try to disrupt the service, bypass limits, or access data that does not belong to them.

The service may evolve, be corrected, be interrupted temporarily, or be adapted depending on regions, levels, subjects, and product availability.

Account and responsibility

Some features may require an account. Information provided should be accurate, and accounts should remain personal.

Account holders are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential. If an account appears to be used without authorization, support should be contacted quickly.

Parents or legal guardians should supervise use by minors where required by law.

Content and Fahim

Lessons, exercises, guided past papers, corrections, recommendations, and Fahim answers are provided to support learning.

Content may contain mistakes or change over time. Users should keep critical judgment, especially for exams, entrance exams, and important decisions.

Users must not use Askimia to cheat, bypass exam rules, gain unauthorized access to content, or publish illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.

Intellectual property

The interface, text, learning flows, original content, Askimia brand, and service elements are protected by applicable rights.

Unless explicitly authorized, Askimia content may not be copied, resold, republished, mass-extracted, or commercially exploited.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid offers, prices, trials, and renewal terms are presented on the website or, for a purchase inside the mobile app, by the applicable app store.

Purchases through an app store may be subject to that platform's rules, including renewal, cancellation, and refund rules.

Access to some features may depend on the selected plan, region, product availability, and successful payment processing.

Liability limits

Askimia aims to provide a useful and reliable service, but does not guarantee a school result, admission, grade, exam success, or error-free content in every case.

To the extent allowed by law, Askimia is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss caused by external events, or decisions made solely based on the service.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or limit access in case of abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or use that violates these terms.

We may update these terms. If there is a material change, we will try to make it clear on the website or in the app.
