Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about Askimia, learning, exam preparation, Fahim, accounts, subscriptions, and privacy.
Product and availability
What is Askimia?
Askimia is a learning and exam-preparation app. It combines guided lessons, exercises, past papers, progress tracking, and Fahim, Askimia's AI help.
How does Askimia organize the Bac journey?
Askimia connects 1ère Bac and 2ème Bac in one journey: curriculum subjects and chapters, exercises, timely review, regional-exam preparation, and national-exam preparation.
Where is Askimia available?
Askimia is presented through regional versions, including Morocco and France. Content, exams, pricing, and availability may vary by country.
Why does the website choose a default region or language?
The website may use country-level detection or a saved preference to show the most relevant version. A manual region or language choice takes priority.
Learning and exams
Which subjects are covered?
Students choose their level, track, and subject. Lessons, exercises, and past papers are organized around the curriculum, from specialist subjects to regional- and national-exam subjects.
How does Askimia help with revision?
Askimia helps students study by chapter, practice with exercises, identify difficulties, and review important concepts with relevant recommendations.
How does exam preparation work?
Exam preparation connects curriculum concepts with past papers, sample topics, guided exercises, corrections, and practice modes adapted to regional or national exams.
Does Askimia guarantee a grade or exam success?
No. Askimia provides learning support, but it does not guarantee a grade, admission, or exam success. Results depend on study effort, school context, and many other factors.
Fahim and AI help
What can Fahim do?
Fahim can help explain a concept, show a method, unblock an exercise, and suggest ways to continue working. It is designed as learning support, not as a replacement for a teacher.
Can Fahim be wrong?
Yes. Like any digital or AI help, Fahim may produce an incomplete or incorrect answer. Users should keep critical judgment, especially for exams and important decisions.
What information should not be sent to Fahim?
Users should not send sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary information, such as passwords, banking details, personal documents, or private information about other people.
Accounts, subscriptions, and support
Is an account required?
Some features may work without an account, but an account may be needed to keep progress, manage a subscription, or access advanced features.
How do subscriptions work?
Paid offers, prices, trials, and renewal terms are shown in the app or through applicable payment platforms. Rules may vary by platform and region.
How can support be contacted?
Askimia support can be contacted at contact@askimia.com. It helps to include the country, language, device type, payment-platform category when relevant, and a clear description of the issue.
What should be done for a payment issue?
Contact support with the category of platform used, such as app store or payment provider. Never send a full card number.

What data does Askimia process?

Does Askimia sell personal data?
